Training complex “Pneumatic stand”

It is an accurate pneumatic diagram of the locomotive chosen by the Customer. The complex of equipment is designed to study the device, adjustment and operation of the pneumatic circuit and is a brake equipment for a passenger or freight locomotive (train).

The main module of the training complex for the study of the braking equipment of locomotives. The combination of real brake equipment and a specialized computer program makes it possible to organize the process of training and advanced training of employees effectively and efficiently.

The module allows you to study and work out the processes occurring in the brake system of passenger cars during the operation of pneumatic and electro-pneumatic brakes. With the help of specially installed equipment, it is possible to simulate air leaks from various elements of the brake system, as well as to record pressure values at various points in the system.

The main difference of this training complex is that the elements of braking systems of freight and passenger type cars are already included in its design. This significantly expands the functionality of the simulator complex due to the ability to study the behavior of various braking systems on one stand.

2022 in numbers

Over the past 2 years, 17 pneumatic stands have been manufactured and installed, of various modifications, for various tasks. The majority of the stands were delivered to railway training centers to study the development of professional skills, as well as to conduct and prepare the Worldskills professional skills competition.
